OUR HISTORY

Income Properties of Raleigh, Inc., a North Carolina based real estate firm, was formed in 1989 by William E. (Bill) Hicks. The company's objective is to locate and identify income-producing real estate opportunities in the Southeast, and pursue them as developers, managers, brokers, and/or owners. With five full-time, licensed, real estate brokers, Income Properties of Raleigh, Inc. is among the largest Triangle-based, commercial real estate companies.

Income Properties brings more than 70 years of real estate development, management, and brokerage experience to the market. Currently, the company manages 27 shopping centers from Amherst, Virginia to the North Carolina Coast, and to Santee, South Carolina. Totaling over 1,650,000 square feet, our centers are community or neighborhood retail strip centers, anchored by food, drug, and department stores. With a proven track record of successful projects, Income Properties has developed a strong, loyal tenant following.

Seven office and flex buildings also operate under the management of Income Properties of Raleigh, Inc, totaling 145,000 square feet. Professional, medical, educational, and service oriented businesses comprise the multi-tenant use of our properties.

Income Properties of Raleigh, Inc., continues to seek opportunities in which to grow and serve our clients and investors. Present works include the development of three shopping centers located in Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina.

There are five full-time brokers, one full-time salesman, one part-time salesman, and one part-time broker working for Income Properties.
